1. Introduction and Scope
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Rapid Results GmbH (“Answerlee”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and any business or individual (“you”, “tenant”, “customer”) who subscribes to or uses Answerlee services via answerlee.com.
By placing an order and subscribing to any Answerlee service or bundle, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before subscribing.
These Terms apply to all Answerlee products and bundles, including Answerlee Capture, Answerlee Grow Leads, Answerlee Grow Social, and any bundles combining these products.

Customer: The business or individual who has subscribed to an Answerlee service, as identified at the time of sign-up.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to subscribe to Answerlee services. By subscribing, you confirm that you are acting in the course of a business, trade, or profession and not as a consumer.
4. Services
4.1 Answerlee Capture
Answerlee Capture provides an AI voice agent that answers inbound calls on behalf of the tenant, responds to caller enquiries, books appointments into the tenant’s calendar, and takes messages. Each Capture subscription includes a dedicated UK telephone number (local or 03xx format), which is sourced and provisioned following the onboarding process.
Incoming call handling is subject to a default maximum call duration of 5 minutes per call. Tenants with a documented business requirement for longer calls may request an increase, which is subject to our approval at our discretion.
Capture Solo is configured for a single business owner with one calendar. Capture Team supports concurrent call handling for up to 5 people or teams, department routing, and up to 5 calendars.
4.2 Answerlee Grow Leads
Answerlee Grow Leads monitors publicly available posts on Nextdoor neighbourhood feeds and up to 4 Facebook community groups specified by the tenant. The service checks feeds approximately every four hours. Relevant leads are scored, filtered, and delivered to the tenant’s inbox with a suggested response. The tenant is solely responsible for any response they send.
4.3 Answerlee Grow Social
Answerlee Grow Social enables tenants to upload images and provide descriptions, from which the service generates platform-specific social media captions and formats images for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Nextdoor. The tenant is solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and posting all content. Nothing is posted automatically on the tenant’s behalf. Each tenant account includes up to 500MB of image storage.
4.4 Bundles
Bundles combine two or more Answerlee products at a discounted subscription rate. The terms applicable to each individual product within a bundle apply equally within the bundle.
5. Onboarding
5.1 Onboarding Fee
An onboarding fee is charged at the time of order (day 0) for all Answerlee subscriptions. This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. The onboarding fee covers the cost of preparing for and delivering the onboarding call, acquiring telephone numbers where applicable (Capture and bundles including Capture), and configuring the service for the tenant’s account.
5.2 Onboarding Process
We will contact you following your order to arrange an onboarding call and complete the setup of your account. The availability of the service is dependent on the completion of the onboarding process. We aim to complete onboarding promptly but cannot guarantee a specific completion date.
6. Trial Period
6.1 Trial
All Answerlee subscriptions include a trial period beginning from the date of your order. During the trial, no subscription fee is charged. The onboarding fee is charged on the date of order regardless of the trial period.
6.2 Duration of Trial
The trial continues until the first subscription payment (excluding the onboarding fee) is processed by PayPal. The length of the trial period is as determined at the time of sign-up and displayed during the checkout process.
6.3 Cancellation During Trial
You may cancel during the trial period. The onboarding fee is not refundable. No subscription fee will be charged if you cancel before the first subscription payment is processed.
7. Subscription, Billing, and Payment
7.1 Subscription Plans
Answerlee subscriptions are available on monthly or annual billing cycles. Prices are as displayed on answerlee.com at the time of order and confirmed during checkout. All prices are in GBP and inclusive of German sales taxes unless otherwise stated.
7.2 Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions are billed as a single annual payment equivalent to 10 months’ subscription fee. The annual fee is charged at the start of each subscription year following the trial.
7.3 Promotional and Discounted Plans
From time to time, Answerlee may offer promotional or discounted subscription plans. The specific terms of any such offer — including eligibility, discount amount, duration, and any conditions — will be stated at the time the offer is made and form part of these Terms for subscribers who take up that offer.
Where a promotional plan includes a discounted first period followed by renewal at a standard rate, the renewal rate will be clearly communicated before or at the point of sign-up. Continued use of the service after the promotional period constitutes acceptance of the standard renewal rate.
As an example, the Founding Member annual plan offers 50% off the first year’s subscription fee for the first 25 subscribers. After the first year, the subscription automatically renews at the standard annual rate. Founding Member status is permanent and is retained after the discounted period ends. Founding Member plans are available on annual billing only and are not available on individual products.
7.4 Payment Processing
All payments are processed by PayPal. By subscribing, you authorise PayPal to charge your chosen payment method for the onboarding fee immediately and for the subscription fee following the trial period, and at each subsequent billing cycle. PayPal’s terms and privacy policy apply to all payment transactions.
7.5 Failed Payments
If a subscription payment fails, PayPal will retry the payment twice over a period of approximately 10 days. If all attempts fail, the subscription will be suspended. We will notify you of the failed payment and you will have the opportunity to resolve the issue before the service is terminated.
8. Cancellation
8.1 Cancellation by the Tenant
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period — monthly or annual. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the period for which you have paid. For details of how to cancel, see clause 8.3.
8.2 No Refunds on Cancellation
No refunds are provided for unused time within a paid billing period. For annual subscriptions, if you cancel mid-year, you will retain access to the service until the end of the annual period for which you have paid but no refund will be issued for the remaining months.
8.3 How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription, log in to your PayPal account and cancel the subscription agreement from there. You may also contact us at info@rapidresults.de to request assistance with cancellation.
8.4 Effect of Cancellation
Following cancellation and the end of your paid period, your account will be deactivated. All tenant data — including uploaded images, lead data, session data, and call records — will be permanently deleted approximately one month after the service ends. This deletion is irreversible.
9. Termination by Answerlee
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription immediately in the following circumstances:
- Non-payment: Failure to pay subscription fees after the retry period described in clause 7.5
- Misuse: Use of Answerlee services in a manner that violates these Terms, applicable law, or the acceptable use policies of any third-party platforms integrated with the service (including Facebook, Nextdoor, PayPal, and Twilio)
- Force majeure: In the event that we are permanently unable to continue providing the service due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to the discontinuation of essential third-party services, regulatory changes, or insolvency
In the event of termination for force majeure, clause 11 (Limitation of Liability) applies.
10. Tenant Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate business information during onboarding and keeping it up to date
- Ensuring that your use of Answerlee Grow Leads complies with the terms of service of Facebook and Nextdoor, and that you are authorised to monitor the community groups you specify
- Ensuring that images uploaded to Answerlee Grow Social are owned by you or that you have the right to use them, including appropriate consent where images contain identifiable individuals
- Reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before posting or sending
- Ensuring that callers to your Answerlee Capture number are aware they are interacting with an AI voice agent where required by applicable law
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- Complying with all applicable laws in connection with your use of the service, including data protection law
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 No Uptime Guarantee
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of Answerlee services. We will endeavour to maintain a reliable service but accept no liability for temporary unavailability due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
11.2 Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Answerlee services shall not exceed:
- For monthly subscriptions: one month’s subscription fee at the rate applicable to your plan at the time of the claim
- For annual subscriptions: a pro-rata amount calculated as 1/12 of your annual subscription fee for each complete calendar month during which the service was unavailable or materially undeliverable
11.3 Exclusions
We are not liable for:
- Loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill
- Indirect or consequential losses of any kind
- Losses arising from your reliance on AI-generated content without independent review
- Losses arising from the actions or omissions of third-party platforms including Facebook, Nextdoor, PayPal, Twilio, or Airtable
- Losses arising from the unavailability of Answerlee services during the trial period
11.4 Exceptions
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Data Ownership and Intellectual Property
12.1 Tenant Data
You retain ownership of all data you provide to Answerlee, including uploaded images, business profile information, and any content you create. You grant us a limited licence to process this data for the purpose of delivering the service.
12.2 AI-Generated Outputs
Social media captions, lead summaries, and other outputs generated by the Answerlee AI and delivered to you are provided for your use. We make no ownership claim over AI-generated outputs once delivered to you.
12.3 Answerlee Platform
All rights in the Answerlee platform, software, and brand remain with Rapid Results GmbH. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Answerlee platform beyond the right to use the service during your active subscription.
12.4 Aggregated Data
We reserve the right to use anonymised and aggregated data derived from usage of Answerlee services to improve and develop the platform. No personally identifiable information is used for this purpose.
13. Changes to the Service and These Terms
13.1 Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of Answerlee services at any time. We will endeavour to give reasonable notice of significant changes.
13.2 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice on the website. Continued use of the service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
13.3 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Price changes will be communicated with a minimum of 30 days’ notice before taking effect. Price changes will apply from your next billing cycle following the notice period.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict of law provisions.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms is Friedberg (Hessen), Germany, to the extent permitted by applicable law (Amtsgericht Friedberg for lower-value disputes; Landgericht Gießen for higher-value disputes). We also reserve the right to bring claims against you in the courts of your place of residence or business.
15. Miscellaneous
15.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy at answerlee.com/privacy-policy/, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rapid Results GmbH in relation to Answerlee services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
15.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
15.3 Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
15.4 Assignment
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business.
15.5 Language
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation, the English version prevails.
